From the moment of your reservation, you have 48 hours to proceed with the payment. If you have not proceeded either with a partial or a full payment of your trip after 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically. For bookings made more than 7 days before the departure date you have the option to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the date and the reservation. Please note that you must pay off the remaining amount 7 days prior to your reservation, either via bank wire, or via the special form of payment in our website deepseayachting.com by card. In case the total amount isn’t paid full 7 days prior to the date of departure, the company has the option to cancel the reservation without refund.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation Within 30 Days: If you cancel the booking within 30 Days but more than 7 days before the Rental Period begins, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total rental fee paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by the Company as liquidated damages for the cancellation.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you cancel the booking within 7 days of the Rental Period commencement, the entire rental fee becomes non-refundable as such short notice of cancellation precludes the possibility of renting the Boat to other parties.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your rental dates, just let us know! You can request a reschedule, depending on the availability of the Boat. Please send us your request in writing, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We'll review your request promptly and let you know if we can make it happen. If we're able to reschedule, your new dates will follow the same terms and conditions as your original booking.

* If the route cannot be done due to bad weather conditions, you have the option:
a. to reschedule it during the day (always based on the weather conditions) or
b. to reschedule it on another date (within the 5 following days of the initial scheduled trip) , or
c. cancel the route. In this case you will receive a refund of 50% of the total rental fee paid.
